Sap Sap: A Lao phrase for Yummy Yummy

Sap Sap Lao Deli & Cafe is Asian owned and family owned. Our Owner and Operator, Vixai Nackviseth, had a career as a massage therapist for 20 years before realizing that life is short. It was time to take a leap on his dream. He imagined a restaurant that supported his family and provided him enough to give to children in need in Laos while introducing the people of Seattle to the authentic Lao food his family has been cooking for generations. After hard work and many long days, Sap Sap Lao Deli & Cafe was opened!

 

Our head chef is Vixai’s wife. All of our recipes were created by her. There are four other staff who help run the restaurant as smoothly as you experience when you dine with us. 

 

Vixai dreams to keep growing the business by opening more locations, including a location with a deli and prepared meals to cook from the comfort of your own home. He intends to have all locations be family owned and operated.    

 

We support local nonprofits and kids' sports teams and children in Laos.
